Why are men obsessed with breasts and their size? I don't quite see women being obsessed with the penis - Why is this so?

P.S. I see plenty of women obsessed with penis size. I've seen plenty of women mock men, if they don't have an 8″ dick (average size is just under 6″).
Not all men are obsessed with breast size. In fact, I find it disappointing when women feel the need to enhance what they were blessed with.
If you've given birth, breastfed and feel a need to restore some glory… ok. But if your boobs are small and you just want giant ones…🤦♂️
